Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a UPS

How do I
return an item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement,
exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receipt. Returns without a
receipt may be processed as a store credit. Gift recipients will receive a
merchandise credit in the form of a Museum Shop credit.
Please note:
- If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer
Service immediately at 720-865-4488 or by email at eshop@denverartmuseum.org for
further instructions.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship all international orders with tracking and insurance via USPS.
Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or
Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Do you offer instore pickup?
We currently do not have the option for online orders to be picked up instore. Please call the shop directly for this option

How can I submit product for Review by the
Museum Shop
The Museum Shops welcome product submissions and are always interested
in meeting designers. Please send information with photos to shop@denverartmuseum.org

Do members get a discount?
Members receive 10% off online and instore.
