We offer DAM members a 10% discount both online and in-store. During our Member-Only sales, the Member discount online is doubled to 20%.  Your member discount is associated with the email on file for your membership account. To receive your DAM Member discount online, please log in with the email address associated with your membership before Checkout.  Please note that the member discount does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards or Shipping Fees.

If you have recently joined or renewed your membership, please note that it can take up to 14 days for our system to update your membership for online use. If you log in and are not receiving your member discount, please note your member number in your order, and we will correct the issue before completing and shipping your order.

Member coupons are valid in-store only at this time.

Please email us at eshop@denverartmuseum.org with your online order number. If reporting a damaged item, please include a photo of the item and its packaging. 

Physical gift cards can be used for onsite ticket sales and purchases at the museum shop. Gift cards cannot be redeemed online at this time.

We do not offer digital gift cards at this time. Click this link to purchase a physical gift card which can be mailed to you.

On occasion, we may run out of stock on high-demand items. If you find an item listed as “out of stock,” it is currently unavailable for immediate purchase but will be back in stock at a later date. Sign up for our email notification on the product page to be notified when it's restocked.

No, unfortunately, our custom prints program is not available for in-store pickup. All custom prints are shipped.

No, you do not need a ticket to visit the Denver Art Museum Main Shop or The Kirkland Shop. Special exhibition shops do require a ticket to visit.

The Kirkland Shop is open Wednesday-Saturday 11am-5pm & Sundays 12pm-5pm

Yes! Museum Store Sunday takes place on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, during the beginning of the holiday shopping season.

This day of advocacy invites you to shop in museum stores, which directly support the institution, in lieu of big-box stores. Money spent at the Shops at the Denver Art Museum allows us to fulfill our educational mission and provide meaningful programming for all.
