Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise, in saleable condition, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with your Museum Shop receipt. Gift recipients will receive a store merchandise credit in the form of a Museum Store gift card.

Some exclusions apply:

  • Custom Prints are made to order and are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Final Sale items and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are non-returnable. 
  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return or exchange.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to return your merchandise:

Please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the return shipment, your phone number, and a preferred time for us to contact you.

Online purchases can also be exchanged/returned to our physical stores.

Damages/Order Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged or you have an issue, please email eshop@denverartmuseum.org with photos of the damaged product(s) immediately, and we will follow up with the next steps.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

The Denver Art Museum Shops are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided during checkout, whether in-store or online. Please email eshop@denverartmuseum.org if you have an issue. We will then confirm delivery to the address given at checkout, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate further.
