If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise, in saleable condition, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with your Museum Shop receipt. Gift recipients will receive a store merchandise credit in the form of a Museum Store gift card.

Damages/Order Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged or you have an issue, please email eshop@denverartmuseum.org with photos of the damaged product(s) immediately, and we will follow up with the next steps.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
The Denver Art Museum Shops are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided during checkout, whether in-store or online. Please email eshop@denverartmuseum.org if you have an issue. We will then confirm delivery to the address given at checkout, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate further.
